Dynamic model prototyping is a complex and high-tech process that allows us to create precise and functional samples of products with moving elements. We specialize in creating such prototypes not only for testing design elements, but also for creating exhibits intended for demonstration at congress and exhibition events.
What is Dynamic Model Prototyping?
Dynamic model prototyping involves the development and production of physical prototypes that demonstrate all the functional features and moving parts of a product. Such models can be used both for engineering tests and for visual representation of the product’s capabilities. These prototypes are created to ensure that the mechanisms work correctly, but also to show off the product at its best at exhibitions, presentations, and demonstration events.
Dynamic prototypes include moving parts – drives, mechanisms, gears, connections and other elements that allow you to evaluate how the product will behave under real operating conditions, or effectively demonstrate its operation within the framework of an exhibition stand.
The process of prototyping dynamic models
- Design of a 3D model. The initial stage includes the creation of a detailed 3D model taking into account all moving elements and mechanisms. Particular attention is paid to both the functional part and the visual one, especially if the model is intended for demonstration at exhibitions or congresses.
- Selection of materials and production methods. We select materials and production technologies depending on the purpose of the prototype. If the prototype is intended for testing under high load conditions, we use durable materials that can withstand operational tests. If the task is a presentation at an exhibition, the emphasis is on appearance and smooth movement to create an impressive exhibit.
- Assembly and testing. At this stage, the prototype is assembled and, if necessary, tested to verify the correct operation of the mechanisms and moving elements. If the model is being created for an exhibition, we additionally check the aesthetic and demonstration aspects of the operation of the moving parts.
- Adaptation for demonstration purposes. If the prototype is intended for congress and exhibition events, we pay special attention to ensuring that the model looks presentable, smoothly and accurately demonstrates all the key features of the product. This may include adjusting movements to ensure the most effective demonstration and creating interfaces for interactive interaction with the model.
Why is this important?
Dynamic prototypes serve several functions at once: they help engineers understand how the moving parts of a product work together, and they allow customers, partners, and potential clients to see the product in action. At trade shows, such models attract attention and demonstrate complex technical solutions in an accessible and effective way.
Thus, prototyping of dynamic models is not only a stage of testing the design, but also an important element of the marketing strategy for the successful presentation of the product at congresses and exhibitions.
